How does SuperClue pricing work?
SuperClue is pay-per-use. You buy credits in rupee packs by bank transfer, and each scan, agent or report deducts a set number of credits. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee.
What do credit packs cost?
There are three standard packs, priced in Indian rupees. Starter is ₹500 for 1,000 credits. Pro is ₹2,000 for 5,500 credits (5,000 plus a 500 bonus). Enterprise is ₹5,000 for 17,500 credits (15,000 plus a 2,500 bonus).
How do I buy credits?
Pay by bank transfer, then raise a Payment Made ticket in the app with the amount and your bank reference. The platform administrator checks the payment and adds the credits to your account. The Credits page in the app shows the bank details. There is no card payment or online checkout.
Is there a subscription or a per-seat fee?
No. SuperClue is pay-per-use: you buy credits and each action deducts a set number of them. There are no monthly plans and no limits on the number of team members.
Do new accounts get free credits?
No. A new account starts with a balance of 0 credits. Scans, agents and courses need credits, so buy a pack before your first scan.
What does each feature cost?
Website scanning costs 0.15 credits per module, or 52.5 credits for all 350 modules. Basic SAST costs 9.52 credits per scan, and AI code review costs 25 credits per repository or 10 per pull request. Compliance framework scans cost 0.25 to 0.35 credits per module.
What do the agents cost?
Creating a SOC agent costs 25 credits, each machine registered to it 15 credits, and each heartbeat 0.01 credits. The default heartbeat interval is 60 seconds. A Fleet agent costs 30 credits per Windows endpoint (20 when a machine joins through a deployment package), 0.02 credits per heartbeat and 0.05 credits per DLP event.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The action does not run. SuperClue checks your balance before it starts a scan or other paid action and refuses it if the balance is too low. Top up with a new pack to continue.
Does the Academy cost credits?
Yes. Enrolling in an Academy course costs 50 to 125 credits, and a course certificate costs 10 credits. Enrolling in a certification prep track costs 30 credits.
